Those with Mac address activation (00:1A:79.....) change the portal URL to https://carpenoctem.sh:443/c

Some people are still having black screen issues. On your internet modem turning off ipv6 seems to fix it.

Reboot modem, router and box.

* On rogers clients turning OFF the "Ignite Advanced Security" feature on the HomeConnect should fix it.
